We will all miss him. I remember the trips to Lake Tanecomo for trout fishing. He got a group of us together every year to go when we were working at the Weldon Sprins Project. He also loved the Ponies and had favorite jockies at the track.

Dear Mike and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Phil was robbed of the fruits of retirement. I am sure he was looking forward to future fishing days.
His warm and kind personality was shared with all of us each day. He and I kept in touch throughout the years via eMail.

The funniest memory I have with Phil, was when we would meet up at the Horse Race track in Illinois. I studied the jockey history

I had known Phil D most of my young life. He was a very special friend. We lost touch with each other after high school, but I always had great thoughts and memories of him. I do know he is on a better place and will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

Phil was my cousin and a good friend. I was looking forward to when he retired so we could hang out some on the river. He was a great guy who always made your day better when you spent time with him. I am so glad he came in a few months ago and I got to see him.

Phil and I shared many challenges at work through the years, and we would always find that right sollution to fix the problem. Phil knew how to find that middle ground and get the job done, even with some of the more diificult people we worked with. I will always remember the great times fishing with Phil and some late night stories, the later it got, the more imporatnt we all became. A sense of humor and smile Phil did

Mike & Family; those of us who knew Phil will never forget his laugh and warm personality. I worked with Phil for quite a while back at the Weldon Springs Site and he was always helpful, cheerful, and just a great person to be around. He was always full of energy and spoke often of how much he loved catching trout below the dam at Lake Tannycomo.

I pray that God will comfort you and your family with his Holy Spirit in your loss.

God Bless,
Gary

Mike;

So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. He was a good man and I knew I could always rely on him. Still working... I feel he was robbed of his retirement and am sorry for that.

I know you will remember him every time you fish that lake in Tennessee.
