Phil sat close to me when we worked at the Weldon Spring Site in St. Charles, MO. We shared many great conversation and lots of laughs. He was a wonderful and kind man. Among them was his desire to one day retire in Tennessee. He will be missed by many. I was so sad to hear he had passed away and will always remember him. God bless and rest in peace.

I worked with Phil on a number of projects. He always had a smile. Phil will always be in my memory. I pray that the Lord will take him and give him an eternity of happiness. My thoughts and prayers are with Phil and his family and know that he will always be a wonderful memory for me.

Death is not extinguishing the light; it is only putting out the lamp because the dawn has come.
Rest in Peace my Friend

I'm so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. Gone too soon. I have many good memories of good times with Phil D., and friends. Though I haven't seen Phil in years, I've thought about him many times over the years. He was a great friend to many, and will be missed by all.FtT5a

Dear Mike and family,
Phil's passing came as a great shock to me. We hadn't been in contact for several years, but I held Phil in my heart as a close and dear friend. May God comfort your grief in his loss. I pray that Phil now rests in eternal peace as he has entered into God's Glorious Kingdom.
With much sadness, Gene
