Tom, Kathy, and Brittany,
I was so saddened to learn of your loss. Julie was uniquely talented. She was both an excellent writer and copy editor, as well as an outstanding publication designer. The two talents rarely are combined in the same person. Through her talents, Julie made significant contributions to the university. I particularly appreciated her making our re-accreditation documents in 1997 and 2001 publications we could be really proud of.
I very much enjoyed working with Julie and my thoughts go out to each of you.

Week after week Julie transported our writing group into another world of her creating. Now, her gentle and generous soul has begun its own eternal journey. Bon voyage Julie, as you "plunge into the sea of light in the world of mysteries!"

Julie's courage and fortitude were a lesson to us all. The last few years I had the privilege of listening to her read excerpts from the novel she was writing, which I believe is complete and almost ready for publication. Such a gentle, spiritual soul. She'll be missed. My condolences to Tom and their children.

There are no words, there are just no words. I loved Julie, I love her memory, I miss her.

I met Julie and got to talk to her several times back in the 70's. She is my forever friend's (Dana) sister. My first impression of her at around 12 years old...a real princess! She had beautiful long brown hair and a wonderful smile...very animated I remember. When she told me she had been to Saudi Arabia, I thought she must be a very brave and unique individual to travel that far! I'm happy to share these memories and know

I am so sorry for the loss of Julie and all of my thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. I didn't know Julie; but, I know Dana, her sister, and she was so proud of Julie. Dana spoke of her in such high regard and it is so sad that she has passed. But now she is in peace.
